The Challenge
Harris Packaging was experiencing ongoing failures with a critical process chiller that was essential to keeping its manufacturing operation running. - A liquid line solenoid valve had been damaged during the installation of a new thermostatic expansion valve (TXV), preventing proper refrigerant flow and system operation.
